Special Event Registry
As the university grows and more special events are produced across all campuses, the need to capture all the production details is important for the safety of all employees and visitors to Arizona State University.
The Special Event Registry connects ASU event coordinators and producers with ASU safety collaborators for event safety review. By listing your event on the Special Event Registry you are taking a proactive step in ensuring ASU Safety Collaborators are aware of the details of your event. The safety team can then make recommendations addressing safety concerns pertaining to: Food Safety, Fire Marshal, ASU Police Department, Animal Safety and Insurance requirements.
