Protocol

Protocol uses internationally accepted codes of conduct and courtesies at the highest levels of government and business to build trust, strengthen relationships, and facilitate decision-making between world leaders in global matters that affect us all.

When producing events, protocol comes into the planning when high-profile people such as government officials, CEOs, perhaps even royalty are in attendance. Suddenly what can seem like mundane questions take on greater importance.
